I revisited my youth on Wednesday evening at a Cub Scout hut.I attended an "Eagle Scout Court of Honor" service for a friend who had earlier in the year become an Eagle Scout.
As always in America, the hut was at least 5 times larger than the English one that I attended many years ago!
Very moving service, very intimate. I felt honoured to have been invited.
