How the weather has changed. I started a run at 7am from Newport on the Levee, where it was 10C! Apparently, the UK were having an Indian Summer with temperatures of 25C+.
I was very pleased with my run, completing 14 miles in 2 hours. However, when I came back home I realised I should have done 18 miles (what a slacker!!).
