I decided to return to Lebanon Ohio (after passing my driving test a couple of days ago) to have a look round the historic town.
The town is named after the Biblical Lebanon because of the many juniper (or Eastern Redcedar) trees that are similar to the Lebanon Cedar. It’s known today as “The Cedar City”.
I didn’t realise that today the town had an Applefest, where the streets are filled with homemade crafts, food and entertainment. It’s a very relaxed and country-style town.
